Phone App as ID?

I think it's crazy I'm guessing there'll be a price, but if it's cheaper than a passport or driving license then it could be a pretty good idea.
Not sure what'd happen if you lost your phone though!

I think it's a bad idea.

There are far too many people who can hack things and do nasty things with technology that I wouldn't trust it.

No one can hack my drivers license and that will do for me!

We have a company up here releasing a similar thing. I have no idea how it would work in theory but they seems to have figured out the ins and outs

AP, is there? Looks like it could actually be made into a proper thing then. It says their goal is to see someone leave the UK using their phone app ID, my OH says that'll never happen.. I have no clue, just think it's amazing how much technology is actually taking over these days!

Yeah. I guess it'll take forever to come in affect if it ever did.. I'd try it (they're trialling it here starting dec 1st) but it's pointless me going into town drinking it's only places in town that are accepting it during the trial
