I've never been to get photographs done here before. After hearing about the photoshoots they do for free I was debating whether to take the boys down at some point to get a nice picture of them for christmas.

Has anybody been to have this done and would they recommend doing so? Also, with it being a christmas picture I want, I was thinking of taking tinsel etc... with me to make the picture christmassy. Would that be ok, or would I just look like a weirdo? xxx

I got my DDs picture done there and payed 5.99 for a bundle of different sized pictures. If i remember rightly at christmas they had an optional christmas back drop and my local one had some christmas props in themselves so i think you'll look fine taking tinsel along with you! xxx

We've been to a couple and one was awful, he had no idea how to take pics, he never even got down to my LOs level. Worth going though as you don't have to buy them

Funnily enough we're getting some done tomorrow of Callum and my nieces as a surprise pressie for my mom and dad, we were debating whether to get a christmassy one (here they have a tree and pressies that they can sit by) but as we thought mom and dad would want it up all year round we thought we'd just get a regular one, i'll update you tomorrow once they've had it done if you like xx

I couldn't take them today as I took my older son to the pictures. Tomorro my older son is doing a santa dash on his bike taking presents to Alder hey and on monday I have the dentist after school. I'm hoping tuesday won't be too late. Could you let me know if you get the photos the same day please. xxx

Yeah you get the photos the same day, maybe about half a hour depending what package you pick

My brother asked them and they said it takes 30 mins to an hour to get, I was quite surprised that they did them so quick, thought it'd take a few days, i'll keep you updated hun xxx

Personally I predate the 20 pound set as you get a disk with all the piccys I can't recommend them enough. I'm back there this week twice haha

Hiya. We went today and had them done, they did come out nice but I wasn't very keen on the photographer (not saying all are like this though!) but she was a bit pushy and wasn't doing much to try and make callum smile apart from telling him to smile so I kept talking to him and doing things to make him smile (which he did in the end!).

The pictures have come out nice though and I think my parents will like them. My brother got lots of different sizes of photos and picked a couple of different pictures to give to a few family members so we didn't go for the package in the end but they have come out lovely what he did get. He also paid £5 and got a disc of all the pictures she took on there so we can order more in the future, the disc is at there house so I can't put the pictures on here but i'll borrow it once they've put it on there computer so I can put them on here then if you want?

We went with the white background as my brother is buying it to go up in my moms house all through the year and we thought it'd be funny having a christmas picture up in june time but the setting was lovely at our max spielman for a christmas theme so i'd be tempted to have one done next year with that theme, it was a christmas tree and pressies and some little rudolphs and snowman that they could have around them which would of come out lovely I bet xx
