Picture sigs?!

I dunno what there called but i seen so many sigs with pictures of there LO's saying there name, dob and things like that, can anyone do me one or what do i need, thanks xxx

You just need to put in a request in one of the threads on here hun, theres a few of us that do them
Just reply to the thread with your pics and info and I'm sure someone will help you out.
