Please help! Can anybody tell me why this is so widely unavailable? Has it been discontinued?

My 4yo *needs* a submarine for Christmas but there is very little choice out there. I can see this on Amazon for £24.99 but the delivery is almost £9! He already has his cousin's imaginex one so wanted to get him something different.

How much did u pay for yours and is it worth the hassle??
