When would be the best time to do a test, i ovulated between 10th and 14th of this month so approx 8dpo.

Can some one tell me when the best time to test would be in order to show a true bfp or a bfn

I would try on the 28th if I were you but I'm no expert.

It depends what kind of test you're doing. Some reckon they can pick up hCG as much as 5 days before missed period. However, the only truely infallible test is your period itself, even if you get BFN just 2 days before, you could still get a BFP after a couple more days.

Most people start testing about 11dpo, which is a pretty reasonable place to start, then continue testing until they either get AF or BFP.

i would test the 28th or so. i am a POASaholic LOL so i test now till af shows. OPK's are darker now but you cant go by that. I am on CD11 with my daughter i was 16DPO and got a BFP

i honestly think try and wait as long as poss, its so soul destroying getting bpfs if you test too early. i didnt test til af was 3 days late
