Please let this be my bfp!

We've been ttc for 15 months, diagnosed with a bicornuate uterus and cysts on my ovaries, sporadic ovulation if any. It's been heartbreaking and I was about to pick up my Clomid prescription but took a test this morning on cd40, I think 13 dpo. Please tell me what you think of my test!
