pnd sufferer, what would you like to see from a social group

morning ladies im currently suffering with pnd myself and in my area im looking to start a social group as im not qualified to listen to peoples feelings etc, just like a coffee morning sort of set up, what would you like to see if you were to attend something like this? thanks gemma x
