Positive?!!? First month ovulation testing

Can someone help? I'm on cd21 and in the first pic is right as I took the test and 2nd is 5 minutes later. Is this a positive?

I don't have much experience but I would say that is most definitely positive. The test line is supposed to be as dark or darker than the control line.
