positive opk @ 8dpo...HELP!!!

Just noticed my FF chart says "Implantation Signs: Possibly Triphasic on Day 49"...

So of course I woke up 1.5 hrs early today for no reason. :growlmad: Temp down a lot... still a high temp for me, but a huge drop. I guess AF will be here soon. This is right around the time last year that I got AF after Oing on my own. Last year it was New Year's night, right around turning to the 2nd of Jan. Now I'll have the witch for Christmas. At least I probably O'd on my own, so that's the silver lining. Plus last time I had a pretty long cycle with O on my own, the next cycle I O'd earlier and conceived the chemical, so maybe I'll do that again, but with a sticky bean.

Dang sorry about the bfn and temp droping :-( im feeling lots better are you going to try the meds again this cycle?

If the doc will let me ...since it will be after Christmas...I don't know if she'll make us do the S/A or not. If she will, I will ask for a higher dose. I thought I had a 12-13 day LP with spotting for a day or two before. I made sure to stop at the store before getting to my MIL's to be prepared. I never saw O in temps before, so I guess it could be longer.

I'm glad you're feeling better!!! :)

She requires it for Clomid, but is letting me skip it til after Christmas because we can't afford it right now and because I did conceive in Jan.

Well I'm cramping and spotting. Looks like ewcm but I'm sure it is lining or just from estrogen...cvx is high ( mostly unreachable) and soft. Just confirms how wacko my body is. My chart looked lovely, though. But hey, maybe next cycle will be a clear O and bfp.

Merry Christmas! I got AF for Christmas...

Well we got back in town last night. My house is a wreck, so I have that to do today. I also have had my niece since we got back, and will likely have her all day, and night, and then she'll go back home tomorrow afternoon. We had a pretty nice Christmas. DH's brother's family keeps getting (or don't get rid of) lice, so we found out Christmas morning that they had it again. Grrrr. We're already afraid to be around them because they used to have bed bugs, now lice. So we came home and washed and conditioned our hair, and ran the lice comb though it. We did manage to get it somewhere 2 years ago, but got rid of it as soon as we found it and it's stayed away. I use the lice comb on my hair just about every time I shower, and on DS too, because I never want to have it again... and here the BIL's family just keeps getting it and not doing anything about it. Pretty frustrating because now 7 other people had to treat themselves and I'll be combing and checking for weeks probably, just to be safe, and who knows if they'll do anything about it. Ok my rant on that is over.

I called the doc to see about getting a new script for Clomid, so the lady is going to check with the nurse-midwife and call me back. I'll let you know what she says.

So did everyone else have a nice Christmas?

I had a pretty good christmas got dh really good with him gift he had to open the box to make sure i wasnt messing with him i got him his first lap top lol did have some drama at the in laws thanks to my MIL starting bs ugh i hate lice i keep stuff for it just in case i dont have to worry about dd getting it because of all the stuff i put in her hair its my niece i have to check all the time when she was with her mother she came down with it a lot

Hopefully we don't get it. We didn't sleep in the same bed with them but DH did hold our niece and I sat right next to the mom on the couch... I was the one who got it so bad last time- DH didn't get it at all despite us sharing a bed. DS had just a little and I had a ton... Gives me the creeps. I'll be combing our hair a lot with the special comb, then maybe tomorrow I will check our heads thoroughly and just keep combing and check again in a few days, and will change the sheets and pillow cases every day or every other day for a little while. I know anyone can get lice and it doesn't mean you're dirty, but if you get it, you'd think you'd keep checking the kids' heads for a while to make sure you got it all or that it didn't come back. Supposedly it's from the neighbor kid. I think my kid would stop playing with the neighbor kid then. I'd feel bad for the kid, but I wouldn't be going through that over and over again.

Sorry your MIL started with the drama. :(

Same here ughh dh says i look like a monkey always checking lol that is my MIL that is why i dont deal with her we havent seen her for 2 months untill she showed up at our place christmas eve

Well the only good thing I can say about my AF being this heavy is that the Clomd must not have thinned my lining too much like it does for some people. I don't feel like going out in the snow to get Ultra tampons so I'm changing every hour, sometimes sooner. Had to wear a depends last night and will have to again tonight. :(. Blah

Trying to look on the bright side of AF for Christmas. It almost seems like a sick joke. I'm happy to have O'd on my own, but AF for Christmas and probably my 30th birthday and New Years is a bit much considering how much I wanted to have another baby or at least be pregnant by my 30th bday. :( So... yea... happy to have O'd, happy Clomid didn't thin my lining too much, but BOOOOO for a BFN and AF and heavy bleeding. It actually eased up some, so maybe I'll just have the 1 day that is really heavy and maybe it will be done faster. Crossing my fingers and toes for it lol.

Very true ugh the big 30 im right behind you mine is in feb

I'm trying to be okay with 30, but I always had my 30th birthday as a time that I should at least be pregnant again by. Like that was my consolation... "Well it's taking us years, but hopefully we'll have another before I'm 30." So it's not turning 30 that bothers me so badly, it's that I feel like a failure for not having my one goal 'accomplished' before then.

So I see your signature says "Meeting Our Little Man Early Thanks To Gestational Diabetes"... did you have your 3 hour test already? And how early do they want you to have him?

yea i had it this morning and failed big time they said any where from 34 weeks to 39 weeks they have to see what happens with the diet and stress test first i start getting stress test at 32 weeks and they said now im high risk for pre e

You're already to 27 weeks, so that's really good. You haven't gained much (if any) I remember you saying, so maybe baby won't be too big either. Plus just because you're at a higher risk, doesn't mean it will happen. Be sure you eat lots of protein. A friend had pre-e with her 1st and had to deliver at 36 weeks, and made sure to have tons of protein with the 2nd (starting from the beginning though) and didn't have it the 2nd time. Hopefully all will be well with you and baby too.
