possible yeast infection?

I think I might have a yeast infection. My lady bits itch quite a bit the last two weeks or so. I have also noticed it is nearly impossible to have sex. Twice I have called off being intimate because even though I'm wet as a slip'n'slide I feel like I'm about to tear. I did manage to push through that discomfort just once and while we were having sex I felt kind of a burning sensation. It was kinda like burning or rubbing raw skin. After we finished I looked and my lady bits were a little more red than normal. I have also noticed a slightly odd smell that comes and goes. I'm not sure what to think. I've never had these issues so my first guess is yeast infection. What do you ladies think?

Yep sorry to say thats what it sounds like to me. You will have to be careful you dont pass it on to your OH. I would see a doctor and discuss what treatment to go on.

i know what you mean i been struggling with it since september 2011 and pregnant and scared :/

I was told to eat alot of probiotics yogourts
and take vaginal creams & pills to insert
Do not take antibiotics it makes it worse
