pre washing pop ins

hi,
how do i go about pre washing the bamboo inserts from pop ins? do i need to keep doing full washes with detergent? they have had one full wash with detergent, can i just do rinse washes from now? how many times do they need to be prewashed?

dont wash them again, stick them in a bucket of water til tomorrow evening then do one rinse, dry and start to use.
