Pregnancy after a Miscarraige only one month ago

Hi Everyone I really need some help/answers, I Found out I was pregnant on Feb 1 2013, I then lost my baby on Feb 18.....I took a home test and had my hcg levels taken a week after my loss and the test was negative and hcg at 0... I went in to er on march 22 only to be told I was pregnant again and my hcg is at like 450 I have been having some major cramps on my right side but today feel fine, have no spotting or bleeding, could this be signs of a new miscarriage I wont go back to get my levels checked till next Thursday a week from now but Im really worried........Has anyone been threw this and what can I expect

Hello .. And sorry of u loss . I lost my son at 19 weeks 5 days 12/20/12 and
I am pregnant again about5 weeks . I too had cramping like I was going to have my period but nothing happened so i took a test and I found out I was pregnant. Sometimes I have mild cramping if I do to much . But if ur worried u should go get checked out .. Better to be safe .

Hello I miscarried for the 4th time on march 3rd. Ive just found out I'm pregnant again too. Don't even know how far I am. If anyone needs to talk I'm here too, although after 4 of them I might not make you feel much better lol xxxx
