Pregnancy after stroke

Hellow everyone.
I had a stroke in May 2017 and now i am 10 weeks pregnant . Is there a dissadvantage or an advantage on that. Or anything i must be careful of.?

That's rough your doctor/ GP should be looking after you and yes I would say you need extra care during your pregnancy
