Hi. I know you will tell me I'm irresponsible, im dumb, an idiot... and you are right, I am, and i think ill pay for that. But i need a little help.

My Girlfriend is 20 years old, (I'm 21). At 25 february she had a salpingectomy to remove an ectopic pregnancy, they tried with metrotrexate but it didn't work. At 16 March we had sex again but the condom didn't work, and she used the postday pill (that pill didn't work the first time, and finished as a ectopic). Yesterday, 10 days later she bleeded just a little bit (like the first time, we think is the implantation bleeding again, i happened the first time). My question is... Can she be pregnant? When it didn't pass a month from the surgery?. And is it dangerous? I mean, she passed from a laparotomy, almost a cesarean section. Can she lose it?... I'm sorry if it sounds like i'm being an idiot, but im worried about her and i'm not prepared for a child also.

PD: (I'm not a real english speaker, sorry for the typos or grammatical mistakes)

Thank's for reading, and i'll really apreciate any information you could bring to me.

pregnant is always possible. I think the best bet is would be to have her take a test. I think if you both aren't ready for a baby perhaps you can research a more effective form to avoid this in the future.

Good luck :flower:

There really is no real way to tell other than to have her take a test. As for the risks, she is at higher risk of another ectopic, so it is important for her to find out sooner rather than later if she is pregnant so that she can be closely monitored.
