Pregnant for world book day and in need of a costume idea!

So... I'm a teacher and every year we dress up as book characters from world book day. Last year my friend was pregnant and dressed her bump as Mr Bump (as in the Mr Men character). I can't think of any good ideas, so I'm after your help!

Im a teacher and we do world book day too, a few yrs ago (eeek 6 actually) I was 6mnth preg and went as tweedledum!!

What about Whinnie the Witch, thats easy to do.......

or check on ebay and they do some maternity fancy dress outfits xxxx
