Progesterone....

Do you only release progesterone after ovulation, i have been confused as to if i ovulated i got a positive opk on cd15 and at 2dpo i had sore nipples and have read alot that is caused by progesterone rise.

To aid my confusion last cycle i had sore nipples 2 days before i had a positive opk and then had a chemical pregnancy.

I just would like to know if i have a shot this cycle.

I have no idea sorry, but I too had smiley face opk on wednesday and my boobs have been sore ever since! they only usually get sore a couple of days before AF..
I've never had a positive opk before so was assuming this is ov symptoms iut I don't know.. would like to have some answers too!

And my Nipples are AGONY!
