Does anyone know whether there is a pushchair which folds small enough to get into the boot of an MX5?? I usually use a sling when I take Sapphire out in my car but if there is a pushchair that will fit it would be useful....not to mention a good excuse for a new purchase :)

I have a Mothercare My4.
I tried it in the boot of my car before I bought it and it fits nicely.
I drive a Smart Car!

Brilliant. Thanks all! I will have to have a measure up and see how I get on.

Loola up? Very cheap in boots at the moment and theres a discount code somewhere too making it around £100 brand new!

Faces both ways and you dont have to take the seat unit out to fold it either.

I have a My3 which is very similar - it fills my Peugeot 206 boot.
As much as it's a great travel system, it's not a lightweight pushchair at all.

I'm looking at getting a 2nd hand Quinny Zap - they look tiny!

Quinny Zapps are ok but they don't recline which is a bit poo. I think the Petite Star Zia is v. similar but that one does recline.

I used to have an MX5 but got rid when it was clear that t wouldn't fit all the baby equipment!

But we now have a petite star zia and it might just fit.....
