Question about coming off pill

Hey, just wanted to say that period do not go back to as they were before. I stopped my pill of 10 years in Feb and my cycle is different now. Fortunately for me I have had regular bleeds since. This month I am using ovulation strips to check if my body is ovulating...I know our bodies can take a while to adjust after the pill. My hormones have been all over the place in terms of dry skin, greasy hair, pains, sore nipples etc!

I would just recommend you write down the length of your cycle each month so that when you feel ready to TTC you know the length of your cycle!

A quick reccomendation about writing your cycle down = ]

I joined mymonthlycycles.com (&& know at least two other BnB members did also)
&& you can record your periods and symptoms on there

You miite find it easier than writing it down. . .
if you don't have a diary you miite lose it = ]
