question re: ewcm????

hi ya every one hope you are all ok!?

Right i am still a bit confused about this particular cycle another reason is because i was due to O on the 28th may and i started getting the ewcm on the 27th may and i am now on todays date and i am still getting ewcm and also my cp is high wet open TMI SORRY i am just confused i thought this only lasted a couple of days? Could this mean some thing good? also unlike previous cycle's i am feeling ( TMI AGAIN SORRY ) very wet in my vaginal area so much so rather than wearing a panti liner i am now wearing full on sanny's. Can any one help please? XXXX

havent got any advice for you, i have seen a couple of girls on here who think they are pg saying they have had alot of ewcm. hopefully its a good sign for you, good luck xx

oh thank you yea me too i am praying this month will be my month....I am just itching to test but its way to early i am gonna wait for a least another 5 days i am due af on the 14th so we'll see i may even hang on and see if she comes and then test BUT i dont think i can be that patient lol x

i ov'd on the 23rd of may and got my bfp on the 1st of june (9dpo) and my cm hasnt dried up since ov like it usually did so that could be good news for you...my cp just now is low wet and tightly closed! (sorry for tmi) but its been like a yo yo this month!! fx'd for you x

Hey hun, i was due AF on the 30th may but all i got was EWCM....veerrrryyyy strange!! Then brown discharge for less than a day. I havnt tested yet i am waiting till sunday as i am 6 days late now ( i have just posted a thread saying i am 5 days late, i have just counted...how time flies lol :S) but hopefully it is a good sign and i have read on the internet about people getting EWCM during early pregnancy to make the mucus plug

well ladies i know its early but i just tested and nothing bfn i know i am only 6 dpo according to my chart but i am now thinking not my month x

I have just discovered a tiny amount of EWCM mixed with creamy cm... I'm 7dpo x

Well maybe huni it's your month I just checked my cp and it's still high still very wet and open very soft as well I'm getting more and more confused about this cycle my cm is now ewcm and it's looks more cloudy than clear bit it's still really stretchy confused cause I certainly am!!!! X

I got some yesterday and i am 8dpo despite my ticker. I googled it and seemingly its common to continue to get ewcm because of hormones:

EWCM comes from an estrogen increase. That usually happens several days prior to ovulation. But it also happens about a week after ovulation. So seeing EWCM again at that time is not unusual.

Also found this response which sounds promising for me too!!!

I don't temp or chart or anything, but I do check my CM and go by cramping around O time. I had the EWCM during ovulation...after O the CM was creamy, and after that I had cramps and EWCM again. It confused the hell out of me b/c it felt like I was going through ovulation again. I cramped for a week...took 6 pregnancy tests from DPO 7 to DPO 10 and all were negative. At DPO 12, I received a positive on a dollar tree test...very faint. Went out and bought a First Response and it was an obvious positive!!! It sounds like you are going through implantation to me.

oh wow this sounds positive for all of us experiencing this! I am hopeful but doubtful at the same time if ya know what i mean.........i think i am gonna wait and do another test when i am 11dpo which will make it the 11th june and i am due af on the 14th so i should get a faint bfp by then if it is gonna be my month x

Ooh good luck ladies! I'm 9dpo (ticker is wrong) & mainly in the morning I have lotiony/wet cm which I don't normally get.
