Congratulations to you too!! You ok about it? I didn't know how much I actually wanted a little girl until yesterday!! I was so convinced it was a girl too cos This pregnancy has been so different to my boys.all the old wives tales/Chinese gender chart pointed to girl too so I think that's what got my hopes up.silly gullible me!! Lol xx

I cried for an hour and felt depressed for a few days LOL. I have moved into the acceptance phase but poor hubby probably thought he was in the dog house. Luckily I want 3 children so I have one more chance. After rational me came back from my emotional roller coaster I started thinking of the positive things. It's like a built in best friend for my son Archer. I can't believe I'll have two boys less than two years apart. I'm doing sperm sorting for the next baby. If I still end up with a boy with that 25-30% margin of error... Then I guess it's not meant to be

How are you taking everything?I know exactly how you feel.i felt crushed when she told me tbh.my 12 year old was really upset cos he really wanted a sister,that was heartbreaking tbh.it will be so nice for you tho with them being so close in age!! we won't be having anymore after this one either so I'm coming to terms with it now.its such a weird feeling........ I feel guilty for wanting a girl but I'm looking forward to having another little boy xx

So...... Had my anatomy scan yesterday at 20 weeks.bubs is all good,healthy and still a little wriggler.as I already knew bubs was a boy,I was looking out for his boy bits and thought I saw a little willy a couple of times.when I asked the sonographer the sex of the baby,she coyldnt really get a good look cos the baby was in an awkward position.i told her that I had seen a penis and she said "oh really? I hadn't noticed anything when measuring the femur tbh" I then said that it was probably cos she wasn't looking and her reply was "yes,but we normally notice something if something was there"........
Anyhow.... She couldn't look between the babies legs but she had a look at gender from the side.she showed us something that looked like a penis and scrotum but she said that she wasn't confident that it actually was that and there was loads of cord around that area.when I asked how confident she was,she told me to keep the receipts if I buy anything blue??!!!!
I,of course,have now been driving myself crazy and been on Google ever since lol.i have learnt that labia and clitoris can be quite swollen and resemble penis and scrotum at about 20 weeks and earlier and have found images of girls bits that look like my boys bits!!! I'm totally confused now and don't know what to think.
Anyone have any thoughts???!! Xx
