So I'm new to this part of baby and bump, I got the shock of my life when i went on the scales and I need to lose at least 2 stone :cry:
I am however very bad at sticking to diets/lifestyle changes :dohh: .. I've tried and tried and the longest ive stuck to one is about 2 weeks ... the rest around 2 days :shrug:
So my question is do you know of any diets anyone can stick to or any groups?
I would love to join a group like weight watchers or slimming world but I can't afford to do that and buy the "right" food :shrug: Any suggestions?
 
Change thing slowly, dont do everything together in 1 day
If youve got a bad habit, focus on reducing that down until your happy its better than start on another habit.

Do research online on whole foods, clean foods, foods which are overal better for you.
 
Eat a clean diet (meaning natural foods, try not to eat packaged ready made food). This can actually make a big difference towards health and weight loss.
