Quick Question

Hi

I know this seems a stupid question but i cant seem to get my head round it!!!

Im weaning my LO and I have a book with all the meal planners, what times would you say early morning is? My Lo wakes up between 6 and 7 so i would think that this was early morning, but then i dont know when i should be giving her her breakfast (the next feed)

She has a bottle for her first feed but when do i give her the solid as when she was only on bottles her next feed would be 11! Do I give it to fruit puree or porriage say at 9 as thats breakfast time?

The books timetable is:
Early morning - when she wakes up between 6 -7am
Breakfast - I would say bout 9?
Lunch - 12?
tea - 4pm
bedtime - at 7pm bottle as before!

Hope this makes sense!!! thank you in advance for advice!!!

Yeah a I think those times a good. Whatever works for you. Just have to make sure shes not too hungry or tired.
