ready to come in with number 3

Just thought i'd reintroduce myself as I haven't been on in quite some time.

I got an early BFP last week 4 days before my period was due so this is going to feel like a long 12 weeks but im now at almost 5 weeks with number 3.

I'm 30 and DH 31 and we have a 5 yr old boy and 3 year old girl with various special needs so feeling a little nervous about this pregnancy, not least because this time around my hormones were out of wack due to a new thyroid problem, creating pcos for the first time, so this baby was conceived on the second round of clomid. So feeling happy, lucky and extremely nervous for so many reasons.
