Reality dream of getting a positive HPT

So I've taken bunch of FRER's and all a but I'm 12 days late and I'm convinced I'm pregnant. I've been pregnant before so I know something is up.. I've got cramps, bloating, gas, backache, insomnia, lightheaded/dizziness, oily/dry skin, sneezing and runny/stuffy nose...

So I woke up at 3:30 am had to pee and hungry. So after I ate had trouble going back to sleep but once I did I had a dream that I got 2 dark lines on a Wondfo HPT... I was even calling my best friends and telling them. My husband didn't believe the test so we went to get a blood test and it was positive also.. I remember waking up with excited and thinking about getting that test but realized it was just a dream.. I'm going in for bloods on next Tuesday and got Wondfo's shipping to my house..

Hoping this means it'll finally be confirmed!
