Anyone have advice for how to deal with 1st trimester insomnia? I don't take naps during the day and the insomnia is still there at night. It's so hard to function the next morning at work without sleep! Any recommendations or suggestions?

I don't have any advice as nothing I do seems to work for me but I wanted to let you know you're not on your own! I go to sleep fine but then wake for the toilet in the early hours, gag or throw up and then can't get back to sleep (who can after throwing up right?). Don't know how to get back to sleep after that but I did tell work and was told to take it easy and what doesn't get done should be left. Can you tell anyone at work to make it easier on yourself? I didn't really want to tell them before my scan but I feel so relieved that I did as my work load has decreased and I feel much better about it.
