Hi all.
My twins are now 12 months, though they were born at 26 weeks so their adjusted age is 9 months.
My one twin pretty much eats everything that's put in front of him, he will always have a go so in quite pleased with that.
But my other twin... Well, he still seems to gag and throw up when he eats.... But only when in his highchair!!
If I'm sitting on the sofa eating something and he wants some, he'll toddle over, stand alongside the sofa and gobble it up... No gagging or anything.
He's still not a fan of being spoon fed, but I don't know whether that's because I'm still giving him too much milk.
But back to the gagging thing... Why do you think he can eat perfectly when standing but not when he's sitting in his high chair?
He suffered terribly from reflux when he was smaller... Could that have something to do with it?
I'm so exasperated by it all tbh... I just want him to eat.
He's still quite small for his age so I'm abit weary about dropping a milk feed atm because I just want to make sure he's getting all he needs... If that makes sense.
Has anyone been through this?
Any advice or personal experience would be most welcome.
