Reiki

Has anybody never tried Reiki while TTC.

We have been TTC for over 2 1/2 years. I got this as a christmas present and booked in for next week, day is due to show.

Hi there

I started having reiki last year after I had a facial and the lady did a little bit while my face mask was on ... well i was fascinated then and went back for a proper session and loved it, its so relaxing and uses "life energy" to replenish your own energy and the practitioner channels it to where you need it most. Mine is a friend of mine too and she was telling me all sorts of things that she had gotton from me that were very true.

I then took my reiki one so I can now do it myself, I am so much calmer for it and use it to help me fall asleep too. Ive been going back and "sharing reiki" with my lady and told her all about my TTC troubles and she focuses on the abdominal area.

Lots of people dont believe it in but at the very least its a positive and very calming thing to do. Bit like a massage for the soul.
