Round ligament pain?

I'm 12 weeks today. And I'm struggling with the aches and pains. If I move I get stabbing pains down the right side (I'm assuming it's round ligament pain) either that or if I do too much I get achey (not full on period like cramps, just aches)

Any suggestions on what I can do to alleviate the pain? Does it sound like round ligament pain to you ladies?

yes that sounds like round ligament pains,i get that too alot and am twelve weeks. In my last appointment my doc gave me a certain gel to apply and it seems helpful. i sit most of my time during the day and when i get home its even hard to walk around to the toilet. Hope it gets better for you
