I read the book and bawled like a baby all the way through. I refuse to watch the film

The film is slightly different to the book as far as story line goes... Both have the ability to bring you to tears though. Now I think I'm going to go give my DH a cuddle

Beaches. I watched Marley & Me when 7 months pregnant, damn hormones!

I cry so so easily and the book upset me so much. I should be brave and get round to watching the film one day, I think I'm one of the few who haven't watched it yet!

You will need to be very brave... The first round of tears had already hit less than five minutes into the film. By the end I was using my blanket as tissues just didn't cut it anymore for mopping up the tears.

I cry at most disney films. I have no tolerance for sad things (hides in shame)

Forrest Gump ! I sob so much that OH only lets me watch it every few years !

This may sound weird, but Armageddon..lol.i only ever watched it once cos I didn't want to feel that sad again :haha:
My sisters keeper is so sad as well.i also find the notebook very sad

My Girl
Dragonheart
Homeward Bound

those three are sure-fire tear-jerkers for me

edited to add : The Passion of the Christ. I went to the cinema to see that and I was in absolute floods. I couldn't possibly watch it again, it was too much.

Terms of Endearment gets me every time, Pay It Forward as well.

My Sisters Keeper also set me off.

It's real life stuff that really gets me though channel four ran their 100 greatest tearjerkers and there's a Animal Hospital episode where this big burly guy and his son are saying goodbye to their collie dog who is being put down and they are crying, so is Rolph Harris, I couldn't stop, I was in pieces!

I cried at

Green Mile
The Lake House
Romeo and Juliet (the original one)
My Sisters Keeper
Boy in the Striped Pyjama's
Ghost
The Notebook

And a very weird one but Kill Bill 2 as i felt that although Uma went through hell and back and that scene when she founds out she had a little girl who she thought had died when she got beaten up whilst she was preg - it got me as it reminded me of my DD1

i love a good cry loooool

p.s I thought Marley and Me was utter crap... got told by my MIL its cos i havent had a pet dog in my life :haha:

The Notebook
Titanic
And it's not a movie per se, it's a doco, but Dear Zachary

Oh my god I have seen that documentary too, I don't think I have ever cried so much :nope: absolutely devastating.

Bi-centennial man, right at the end... He only ever wanted to be recognized as a person! Gets me everytime!

The Passion of Christ was so emotional. I couldn't watch it again, either...I felt totally drained by the end of it. And was sobbing.

I won't watch The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas....I read the book a few years ago, and that was enough to have me in floods.
