Safe paint?

Our cot and swinging crib are currently a pine colour but I'd like to sand them down and paint them white. Does anyone have any suggestions on safe paint to use for cots and cribs?

Cadmium free paint and a baby safe finish to prevent chipping or a nontoxic stain. Just ask someone at the store and they will be able to help~
