saline nasal spray and calpol plug in with calpol together?

Can I use a calpol plug in, in the kids room with calpol for the littlest one and saline nasal spray? The lady at the chemist said I couldn't use them all together but I'm not sure why.

The plug in is a little plug that goes into the socket with a pad that gives off a scent.

I can't see anything on the boxes.

I've used them together can't see why not?
Saline spray is basically just salt water and the calpol diffuser doesn't have any medication in it.
Not sure why she said you couldn't use them all together?

Thanks. That's what I thought. Maybe she didn't know what the plug in was. Although, thinking about it, I did buy some olbas for kids for in the day for D's so maybe she meant that and the plug in. Who knows. Thanks again.
