Nice! Ariana went to bed and DH watched Kill Bill 2 and had yummy snacks. How about you?

We got a takeaway and watched rubbish on TV

DH snored on the sofa and I watched a film before waking him up at 11.55pm!!

We took down the tree today. Not sad. Happy to have my living room back.

Our tree came down yesterday

Ours is still up but will have to get it done in a few days as DH goes in for surgery soon and won't be doing any lifting after that. I definitely don't want to get it done all by myself!

Thanks honey. It's not complicated surgery, just means he's going to be out of action for a couple of weeks. It's under general though and neither of us have ever had it so there's a few nerves. I'm just hoping he doesn't have to stay overnight.

Happy New Year Jaysmummy! I still haven't sorted my house out yet, I need to find a home for all these toys. It looks like Fisher Price, V Tech and Leapfrog have exploded all over my living room floor right now!

Thanks ladies - it should be day surgery and he's going in at 7am so if he has the op early in the day he will be sent home. If it's later they may keep him in for observation overnight but hopefully that won't be the case.
