Scan tomorrow!

Hey Everyone!! I'm finally getting excited that I have my scan tomorrow morning!! YAY!! We aren't going to find out the sex, but I'm just excited to see my baby! I can feel it kicking right now and it's making me so much more excited for the scan!! Are you supposed to drink orange juice before you go? They told me I didn't need to have a full bladder, but I want to make sure that it's moving during the u/s.

Congrats! Orange Juice will definitely make the baby move around more and allow them to get some good shots, however if you do what I did and drink too much, the baby might move too much. I was told to drink two glasses of water an hour before hand but I filled my bladder just incase it would make a difference for the picture quality, but I think bubs is so big now that you'd be fine just drinking a few glasses.

Oh yay good luck hun! Hopefully your not as hormonal as me during mine... after awhile I just started bursting into tears I was so happy. Be sure to post pictures of your cutie!

I wish I'd known that orange juice thing.

I was very early to my scan so I went for a wee and bought a bottle of water in the hope of filling my bladder up again just in time but they actually called me in as soon as I got there since nobody else was there. Didn't say anything though and my scan was clear.

I'm back. Everything went great! They said everything looks good. They want me to go get a fetal echocardigram done, just to make sure everything is fine with the babies heart, because my heart problems can be inherited, but from what they could see it looked fine. I don't know how to post pictures, can I email them to someone?
