It didn't. I've got polycystic ovaries.thought i'd feel better knowing but to be honest i don't, can't stop crying as it seems like its just another hurdle that I have to get over x

JCIC,
So sorry hunni there are a lot of things they can do with PCOS now. I have had it for a while now. Big Hugs.

Oh hun..... Im so sorry...I dont wanna start with the PMA and tell you that at least you have a diagnosis, it sucks that you have another hurdle, it sucks that what comes easy for some is so hard for us....Im here for you if you need to vent or a shoulder to cry on.

I'm just fed up, sure tomorrow i'll pick myself up like I always do and try and stay positive. you girls really help tho as I know you all have been there in one way or another so thanks xx

Hi JC,
Just wanted to say hi and I hope you're feeling better today. I know it's very 'cliche', but - look on the bright side. At least now you know what the problem is and you can start doing what you need to do to overcome it. There are loads of girls on here who have pcos and have went on to have healthy pregnancies and I just know you will be the same.

:hugs: xoxo

Thanks Ally, this might sound strange but I'm more upset that another hurdle has been thrown at me rather than the fact that i have pcos, does that make sense?! x

Yes darling it makes perfect sense. That's a totally natural way to feel. I always feel like - Just when I'm about to get my head above water, something else comes along to pull me right back down again. I hope you start to feel better soon. I'm here anytime you need a chat.

:hugs: xoxo

Thanks Ally, I hope you're ok to! I don't really know your ttc story but can see that you have had ur losses too for which I'm sorry! xx

Totally normal to feel upset whenever u find out bad news. But you just gotta have hope that in the end it will all work out. Big Hugs.

:hugs: hugs hun xxx
I have pcos and you're right it is another hurdle, I hope you're feeling stronger today. There is lots they can do to help the condition these days. Have you been prescribed anything yet? Just to give you some pma I have a healthy son, it can happen for you too. I have lost a baby, but I was not taking my meds at the time. Have you done lots of research? It will help you to feel a little more in control xx

Thanks Sparkly, I've just started a new thread as I spoke to doc today who had my results from wed! She said its looks like PCO but she isn't sure whether its PCOS yet as I don't enough symptons, I'm totally confused. She is going to refer me to a specialist though as she didn't really have all the answers x

I have PCOS without all the normal symptoms. I have very regular cycles that is uncommon with PCOS they only way they detected mine was via an ultra sound looks like I just create a bunch of small follies that never really get mature and healthy. The meds are supposed to help with that which they must of because all of bubs where growing just in the wrong spot.

The follicles are less than 10mm though and apparently for PCOS they are usually bigger. I was pregnant but had a miscarriage in Nov. I will just have to wait and see what the specialist says, the doctor wasn't even keen to refer me which is something positive to take away from it I suppose.
