Scared, advise please?!!?? 31 Weeks & had dark blood in my panties

kinda freaking out because this is my first pregnancy & i'm not sure what to do, it was just a small spot of some darkish blood on my panties when I went to the bathroom, and when I wiped there was no blood on the tissue. I'm not sure if this is anything to worry about, or if I should just wait and see if anything else happens

Didn't want to r&r but I don't really have any advice. Sometimes there can be a little blood if you've agitated the area by having sex or orgasm or an internal exam. Could that be the cause?

No exams since first trimester, and havent had sex in a couple of days.

if its dark its not fresh blood so its probably just from when you had sex a couple days ago if you get any more of it though id ring the midwife x
