september 21st tester anyone?

January 2009 i suffered a Pulmonary Embolism ( clot to the lung) My mum died of the same condition, spooky thing about it was i went to the hospital with chest pains on the Anniversary of my mum's death and was told i had the same condition.

I was admitted for a week and put on Warfarin to thin my blood for 6mths, came off the Warfarin July 13th and concieved Korben July 18th which was lucky because if i concieved whilst on Warfarin id of had to get rid of the baby due to serious deformaties. Once i did get pregnant i had to start injecting Tinzaparin till i had him becuase i was at high risk of another clot, but even tho they hurt and was frustrating daily injections Korben was worth it

oh wow! what a brave woman you are! they're always worth it, aren't they!! such darling little things! that's why we put ourselves through all this mess to get one!! lol that is spooky about your mum, but she must have been looking out for you! so glad you're doing better!

Has anyone taken one of those cheapy preg tests just the strip?

Took one this morning ( neg ) but just took it out the bin and where a positive line would be is colored in pink like a square of pink below the test line????? Weird.

I'll take a pic in the morning but just wondered if this is faulty?

Strange . Never used these before only clearblue ones years ago!

i bought some of the cheapy ones day before yesterday. they are "cassettes" though instead of strips, i think. I haven't used one yet...still too afraid to! lol

I'm only 8 or 9 days past ovulation ( I think) so shouldn't even be testing!

My last preg test wouldn't show a pos until right before my period.

I've got 5 Egens (IC) test strips but I've not used one yet. They are supposed to be terrible for evaps though so if I get a line on one I'll be using a Superdrug test after on the same urine sample.

well ladies i feel utterly stupid. so i couldn't resist the urge any longer in hoping this was our month. i used one of the cheapy tests i bought. of course UGH. why do i do this to myself???? i know technically i'm not "out" yet, but no amount of wishful thinking or symptom spotting will work until gets me. watch this end up being one of my weirdly longer cycles for no reason too, just to torture me with a longer wait. commence reality check... in 3....2....1.... i'm sorry for the negativity...i never handle the well.

still loads and loads of baby dust and fxxxxxxxx for all of us girls...i'm SO GLAD i found this website!!!!

Now be a good girl and leave those tests in the cabinet till 22nd or longer .

well ladies i did a ic last night 25mu and a frer, i got a faint line on frer but was so faint but bolder at top and bottom of line but still had to squint, then on the 25mu i got a shadowy looking line, not getting my hopes up though, got a chest infection so thinkin this is bad sign

thanks hun! my mood's a little better now...still wish i hadn't done it tho. just trying to get on with my day and not think about it too much. maybe i'll take the kiddos to the beach today. DH has a friend visiting from out of town, so I think they're going to go see the sites this afternoon. DH just found out about me posting on here. haha i think he thinks it's a little strange. i need a spa day......

Sounds promising sweetie Ive got a chest infection too now with this silly cough grrrrrrrrrrrrr, get well soon and hope to hear that line darker in a few days
