September Stars

Glad Holly had a great day Emzy. The pics look fab. Great news about TTC to.
I cant believe Ollie will be 1 in 2weeks I think I will be very emotional too its gone so quick.
Glad you had a great day at the farm GG it sounds great. We are taking Ollie to Chester zoo for his birthday as he loves the animals and me and OH are very much looking forward to it to as we have never been.

Morning everyone! We got back from our little camping holiday/visiting waynes parents late last night, I'll make this quick because I'm so tired! I couldn't get online properly so had lots to catch up on!

Hope Holly had a great birthday, not surprised you were emotional! I always thought one year olds would look older than our babies!

Asher.. I agree knobhead! Selfish man!

Blob... So sounds like Robin is coming round to number 3 soonish?!

Kara I was also really expecting you to announce a pregnancy!!

Yay for so many new teeth on so many stars! They must have been planning it all along!

GG aww mustn't have been nice seeing Amelia scared of your glasses! Maybe a shock for get.. Bless her!

Tina wedding is so close now! Time really does fly. Little Riley the speed crawler eh! Hee hee!!

Jelly the only real time I feel housework is urgent and just has to be done is pretty much when I've got something more important yet boring to do!

I can't remember anything else just now. Lilia cut her 8th tooth just before we went away so now has 4 top 4 bottom.. They're really obvious to see when she smiles etc so she looks all grown up! We're not walking yet, she stood unaided for a good few seconds the other day but tends to just sit down!

I'm taking the boys to the dentist this morning as alex has cracks and holes in his back teeth... He's not looking forward to it! His mum has a lot to answer for never making them brush their teeth! Back later x

Emzy love the B'dy pic's Holly looks like she had a fab party & her cake is fab! yes you did look rather broody in the pic of you holding the small baby good luck with the TTC xx

Asher work is going ok ish so far, thanks for asking.
ive not had any nasty comments or anything from the people in question which was my main worry about going back.

Firstbean i know it feels like the last year has flew over! the Zoo is a fab idea i wish we had one close to us as ive never been to a zoo since i was ickle & i carnt remember it :dohh: we are still deciding what to do for Ollies b'dy im thinking maybe going to a playcentre on the sat & a small party on sun with family xxx

Kara :happydance: at paige waving & talking with her tounge, Ollie likes to stick his out at us :haha: learnt that from his naughty sister i think xxx

GG pleased you all had a fun day at the farm xxx

Think me may have a new toothy peg on the way Ollie is a grumpy bum & poor daddy was pleased when i walked through the door yesterday from work, he said all he had done is cry & cat naped for 15mins at a time.
when he told his mum on the phone later she said " welcome to kirsty's world" :haha:

Aww Emzy, beautiful pics! glad you all had a lovely time, that first year is a blurr and birthdays are always a wake up for parents!! I feel old when my children have birthdays, my birthdays i can deal with but when my eldest turned 17, boy did I feel old!:haha:
We started talking about ttc when Sophie turned 1, it took 3 months to get the coil removed as the doctors kept messing my appointments up, and it has to be done just after af, (although why i dont know as with the mirena i wouldnt have a clue whan af was, but that was a copper coil) then it took 9 long months ttc, and there is 2 years 9 months between the girls!
Its awful ttc and not, Rosie was by far the longest i have ttc and i was desperate for her, I was so happy when i got my bfp at last, it felt unreal:cloud9:, she was worth the wait! I think now my fertility has prob dropped right of at 38, it certainly was not as easy as it was ttc at 21, 27, 30 and even 35! :hugs:

I dont want to get all wrapped up in ttc, so happy with my lot, and very blessed I will just enjoy you all ttc and seeing your scan pics on fb followed by your new bundles of joy arrive!:hugs:

Lady k :hugs: about work, what a pain in the bum :dohh::hug:

Louise, welcome home :hugs:

Daisybell, Hope this next tooth is easy! :hugs:

Fb, enjoy the zoo! :hugs:

Genies, sounds like the girls had a lovely birthday treat! :hugs:

Still doing rooms, dismantle beds today, get room ready to move all stuff out, clearing girls room our as much as possible, but its so difficult in a small space to know what to do with the stuff that comes out before it goes into the other room!
I have made my own name tag hearts out of very strong cardboard and painted them writing the girls names in the middle, I am going to do one for my friends two children, as they are lovely, pink for girls, blue for boys, will post pics on fb when i get a chance, but really pleased with them! (was going to buy them, glad i didn't now!)

Right off i go, smelly bum to change, and beds to sort, just 5 mins to look on facebook!(got to post some pics up too)

Oh and picked up some furniture on ebay last night, a chest of drawers which is beautiful, solid, huge deep drawers, to love forever! And a wardrobe, also solid and even the boys can't destroy! :haha: They were £130 for both, and considering dh paid £180 for a chest of drawers not so long ago not to mention the second chest and a wardrobe! I was not prepared to spend so much so have been stalking ebay for a while! Again will post pics when rooms are finally done! Have taken some b4 pics :happydance:

Back soon xxxxxxx:hugs:

Ooooh emz TTC :wohoo: :wohoo: Holly looked gogeous o loved the photos o fb what a lucky girl :cloud9: I neee to get seriously doing Rosalie's birthday but all I can think of is things for tabs :dohh:

Rosalie can now stand by herself.. I mean she sticks her bum in the air and stands  then sets off walking its very cuuute :cloud9:

BTP sound like amazing bargains

Louise 8 teeth go lilia i think we are a bit lacking in the tooth department, hope you enjoyed your holiday x

blob Rosalie sounds so cute! hows the cakes going?

btp your diy sounds great love your heart idea too !

Daisy well done your mil for sticking up for you :) men dont have a clue sometimes x

Layla is getting really good at taking steps she now walks happily between us hoping her confidence will grow now !

i went to the other toddler group that id been trying today but its just so clicky the same group of women sitting not watching their children and had older ones there , amelia wanted a buggy but this five year old wouldnt let her near she kept shouting at her to go away i started to feel a bit fed up but the mother didnt say anything , i wanted to point out that i thought it was a baby and toddler group but in the end i left x

Evening ladies!

Wow our little ones are all doing so well, lots of teeth, lots of standing and attempting to walk, and now mums and dads on the TTC trail!! Where on earth did the last couple of years go? I had a bit of a moment before after Sam had his bottle before bed. I was carrying him upstairs and he was all lovely and warm and cuddly and fresh from the bath, and I just kept on smelling him and thinking how I should remember just how lovely he is. Sort of trying to capture the moment, as I now find it so hard to remember how Jack felt and smelt as a baby, and Archie even less so. I am such a soppy sentimental bugger!!!

Genies, I hate that about some supposed toddler groups. Nightmare. People sometimes seem to just want to dump their kids and get on with the coffee and the chat. I know the coffee and the chat is also important, it's socialising for mums and tots, but you do need to be watching your kids too!! Grrrr, so frustrating. Love the sound of your day out with the family by the way, gorgeous. x

Daisy, that about your OH and your MIL made me giggle. So so true. And good on your MIL for sticking up for you too!!! Glad work's not too bad hun. x

Louise, well done Lilia on the teeth! Little star! Hope the dentists wasn't too bad today. How long have you got the boys for now?

Blob, go Rosalie!! I love it when they start pushing themselves up off the floor and standing, it's so cute. My very fave thing is when they start bending their knees to look under something, so gorgeous!!

BTP, way to go on the bargains, look forward to seeing the pics. x

Firstbean, Chester Zoo is a fab idea for little man's birthday, we went at the end of July, and it was absolutely brilliant!

Right, am off. Knackered tonight, busy day today and another tomorrow. Pretty much all this week is booked out for seeing friends with kids and doing stuff with them out and about. Then of course there's the housework, washing, dog walking, swimming etc to fit in around the edges!! Eeeeek! xx

GG - :-( I dint go to baby and toddler groups as JJ has a few friends his age and plays at crèche 4 days a week with other children whilst I go to the gym....... I wasn't interested in meeting other mums......... Similar thing happened with a friend at softplay both kids wanted to play in the ballpit and were jumping and hurting each other my friend went and sorted it out between them whilst the other parent gas bagged to her mate.

Asher - have to admit I'm doing the whole sniffy thing at the moment too and can't stop kissing JJ all the time. I just don't want to forget one minute with him especially as back to work in 3 weeks (booooo hissssss)

BTP - great bargains, loved your pics of the dining room.

Got a call from work today - kind of dreading going back now. My job is completely changing what I used to manage has gone to a different department and I'll be doing work that I haven't done before, 50% of staff have left this year for various reasons and it's new offices. To top it off I was asked if I could come back a week or two earlier ...... Ummm childcare ?? I'm sure once I get the first week out if the way I'll feel better. I've also got 7 settling in periods for JJ to fit in within next couple of weeks. I hate all my clothes just feel fat and frumpy, going shopping with mum Thursday so hoping I'll find things to boost my confidence......

Asher forgot to say I loved the zoo pics a couple of weeks ago looked like you all had a great time. Asked dh if we can take JJ for his birthday.

Laura come on!!!!!!!! :sulk:

GG wait until after the holidays and try again? All the big ones will have gone back to school and the older toddlers will be at pre school  I love our groups though and am so involved I think I'm totally biased

Nah there will be no more for us right now I can afford more and we only have two bedrooms :nope: but I'm so flipping broody.

Emzy you'll need a new ticker...count down till they are TWO!!!!!

Do you think we'll still be talking on here

Funny you just said that blob, I was just making a new one! CRYYYYY!!!

Blob that's a good suggestion for GG to wait until schools back hadn't thought of that !
I'd like to think we will all still be talking this time next year and not just on FB (it's not the same for me)

Laura - come on we are all waiting in anticipation !!

Its official..........................

Yep I am number 3 !! I havent felt right for a few weeks now but went on a family day out yesterday with the kids, my sis and my dad and I fell over twice and spilt three drinks and was just a general disaster waiting to happen! I was the same when pregnant with Olivia :dohh: so tested this morning (3 times and counting so far !!) and I got a positive ! :happydance:

We are keeping it quiet until I know how far I am along. I hate early pregnancy announcements as I am aware how much can go wrong so PLEASE nothing on facebook !!

If I am right then I should be about 9 weeks. I have midwife next friday(26th) so should hopefully get an early scan. I am sooooo happy it is untrue. 3 years ago I was told I would never have kids and now I have Olivia and another in the oven !! So other than my immediate family you guys are the only ones who know

9 weeks!!!!!!!!!!! that's amazing!!! Congratulations congratulations :hugs: :happydance: :hugs: :yipee: :happydance: oooh that's so much better than finding out at 3 weeks youve skipped loads (in my head :haha:)

Awww emzy :hugs: I'll be there in 3 weeks too.

Jelly I know that's what it's like for us though I tend to say to mothers to bring there elder children along. But I would also be pissed GG if they were taking all the Los toys. Depends on when the intake for your preschools are also for the younger children being there  I'd keep trying with groups I used to find mine kinda odd and as if I didn't fit in but now I love it :hugs: but my children are nutters if I keep them in.
