Jelly, vert rude but sadly people are just plain rude, yesterday I weaved in and out of parked cars to get out of our estate, I gave way every time and not one ignorant duck thanked me, ahh thank you spell check! Xx

Jelly I can't believe the cheek of them, how rude!!

Had my scan, baby measuring fine and got loads of lovely photos!! And we found out the sex.. Although I don't suppose anyone wants to know?

Thanks ladies :) gg Wayne is over the moon but shocked as he was convinced it was a boy this time!

Huge congratulations to you Louise on your pink bump, thrilled for you. Dh was over the moon with Rosie being another pinkly, I remember asking him before the scan what he would secretly really like and he said girl!

So, as i said my social visit didnt go very well!

They completely misled me into thinking they was trying to help me and instead left me feeling down!

I had to leave Kimi and Pippa with a 'play specialist' whilst I went into the meeting although my sister was there and apparently, she stripped both the girls down and checked them all over for bruises and marks, then went through my changing bags and kept asking my sister very random questions about how i cope etc!!

I later found out she was actually a social worker!!!

No-one from housing turned up and there was lots of 'unrelated questions' according to my mum!!

I've arranged an 'informal' meeting with my social worker and are going to have it out with her in a calm way!!

Pippa has been readmitted to hospital again with gastroenteritis, but has coped so well!!!

Kimi is great....thinking of starting potty training when she is 2.... does that sound too late or is that the norm???

Louise - Congrats on the pink bump, I can just imagine the amount of hair this little girlie will have too !

YM :hugs: You are doing a fantastic job especially with pippa being in and out of hospital so much and dont let anyone tell you otherwise. Really cant understand why ss think there is an issue. Hope you manage to sort it all out soon

Ive booked for in the night garden live show monday, finally managed to persuade DH to join us, JJ is going to absolutly love it ! Shame I hadnt thought of the increased traffic for the jubilee in london this weekend dope !
 
Jelly judging by the ridiculous amount of awful heartburn I have already, constantly, I imagine this one will be just as hairy as Lilia if not worse! (if the old wives tales are to be believed!)

Ym that's awful, I don't like the fact that they're lying to help you trust them and then going behind your back like that and checking the girls, if they'd have asked you outright you would have said yes as you have nothing to hide! I would be asking exactly what it is they're investigating and why? Just wondering you don't think it might be because you and Luke had that incident and they're worrying about some degree of domestic violence? I don't know but you deserve some answers hun x

YM, thats awful, if they have a problem why can't they just be honest and tell you, ss wonder why they have such a stigma attached to them, hardly surprising when they do things like that xx

Hope's godmother is a social worker, she is lovely but sometimes she annoys me when she thinks she knows best and she hasn't even got kids!!!!

We are off home to my folks for the weekend, visiting family etc!!!

If anyone is after an ipad apparently pc world have them on offer at £200 from tomorrow, its only online too! I don't know how true it is but worth a look!!! We have 2 but would buy another as its such a fab price!!!

OMG YM that's awful! I agree with Louise, they should have just said they wanted to check them infront of you as you would only say no if you had something to hide. I would be fuming and utterly shocked and appalled if anyone stripped my son down behind my back without telling me - however good their intentions are. Are they seriously allowed to do that?!!! I would have thought they only did it like that as incase you said no and they had to go by your instructions??

BTP I totally agree, I always give way etc and very rarely get thanked. It drives me potty. I swear manners are becoming a thing of the past. Man I sound old!
