septembryos baby area (09 babies)

love the cutey pics!!
oh and firegal, you do the coolest things!!!!! can't believ you're been pole floating and belly jiggling for years!!!!

I've been belly jiggling much longer than pole floating (!) but I did have a break for a few years after I came over from Australia. While I'm making this thread all about me, here's a pic of me doing Turkish sword dancing about 9 years ago (I'm the one on the right) :):

Ok, that is CUTE!!!! Sticking with the cute theme, here's a pic of the toys my mum has so far got for our LO - the two on the left were knitted by her, the other was bought by her the day after I told her I'm pregnant. Think she's overexcited??? I did post this pic in my journal too, but none of you lot ever read my journal....... :growlmad::sad1: ;)

Looks like your mum's *very* excited :D

I'm actually knee deep in your journal right now, but am only about half way through.... xxxx

awww they are cute, I dont read journals now esp as i dont have one myself I forget about them!!

sooorrreee

It's alright, I never write anything that exciting or that I don't tell you guys in this thread anyway

Firegal those little knitted animals are super cute, its really lovely that your mum is so excited and that she has put the time and love into making something really special for LO.

wow, sounds like you've had some amazing life!!
i haven't done anything nearly as exciting as you have!
are you from Aus then? I love it out there!!!
And sorry about the journal, I feel so bad about not keeping one, I haven't really read anyone elses.... sorry :-(

Oh and my mum is super excited too - she has started knitting a shawl and she has also lost a load of weight so she can carry the baby in it's car seat and push it in her pram.
Now, if she could only stop saying things to annoy me, it's be perfect!!!

I know what you mean sunshine_nic, I just WISH I was out in a park or by the river or something instead of stuck in an office. How about you, me and 10thSept (and any other London Sept-Embryos) do a runner from work and meet for an OJ in the sun??? :)

10thSept, I'll let you off ;)
Yep I'm from Australia. Been in the UK for about 8 years now.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one who's mum is getting carried away! Unfortunately I think they'll always have a tendency to be at least a little bit annoying though

yeah, maybe it's my tolerance levels that need to be higher, not likely to happen though!
every time we get over the last annoying thing she has said, she says something else!!!!!!
would LOVE to escape into the sun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we DEFINATELY should escape our offices and get in a little sun time!!!!!!!!

ahh such wishful thinking.....

Go on, you guys do a runner and I'll follow... promise..... ;)

i'm thinking i might run to get a pizza for lunch.... pepperoni, ham and mushroom mmmmmm :pizza:

right, that's it.... i'm off .... :coolio:

pizza??!!! opoooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh i want pizza now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to try not think about pizza too much so don't develop a craving.... there's b*g*er all around my work for food so I'm reliant on what they're serving in the canteen today... I'm not optimistic!!

Firegal - can't you order in??? a bit extravagant i know, but damn these cravings need satisfying

I never thought of that.... you're such a bad influence sunshine_nic!!!!!! Nah, I'm going to be good. I'm at home alone this evening though so I'm thinking pizza might be perfect for a lazy dinner :)
