oh god i got lots to catch up on lol. been out for most of the day then had to get girls to bed so first chance i've had to pop on.

hopefully wont miss anyone out.

peabean- lovely scan pics so pleased it went well and baby is ace doing a handstand first time i've seen a baby like that on a scan before. at 8 weeks mine was stood upright but is now laid on its back.

marg and rachy- nice bump pics arent we all coming on along nicely! marg those scan pics are gorgeous and definately looks like a girl nub to me! i was told that mine looks more like a girl by people off a gender forum some did say boy though so you never know. was told that 11+2 was a bit early to guess though as the nub can move as baby gets bigger and its more accurate at 12+ weeks.

daisy- keep trying with the doppler. you'll find it eventually. it is really hard to find as our own heartbeats shadow it sometimes. even the smallest mm in movement can make the difference. last night i found my babies as clear as day but as soon as my hand moved (was getting cramp in it) i got my own again. i find that on a nighttime is best as my baby seems to be asleep then lol.

stardust- you meanie keeping everyone in suspense like that! lovely scan piccys sweetie! isnt it fab when they are facing you when you are scanned as if to say i'm here mummy and daddy hello!

windbloom hope your scan went well sweetie.

p.s i felt baby move today yay! was bent over changing charlottes nappy and think baby didnt like being squashed as he/she gave an almighty flutter in there was magical

Hi im due sept 21st, dis is my first preg

Im baaaaaackkkkkkkkk!!!

Dont have alot of time but the ultrasound went as good as it could have gone.
Babys heartrate was measured at 156 (or 158 I cant remember... ) beats per minute... we got to see it do the worm, put its fist in its mouth (first picture! ), and wriggle all about! It was absolutely magical.

Nuchal scan was a success - totally normal!

And heres a kicker - I got bumped up a week and two days!

So today I am 14 weeks 2 days instead of 13 weeks!
Hooray Second Trimester!

Now on to the pictures!
Ive got Taco Bell waiting, so I'll catch up with everyone else later on tonight, or tomorrow at the latest.

Firstly Id like to say a big warm welcome to Tinkabells and maybeababy watch out for the other gairls,theyre all nutty, I on the other hand am completely sane

And secondly... windbloom what fabulous pics..... they are truely amazing!! sooo glad it went well

And lovely news for Sams mum, being moved 4ward 2 days

Well people, its the weekend, and I am up at 7:45am wtf is that all about???
Abbie is off out today with her Aunty to a barbie thingy, so I mite stay in bed ALL day with my best friend (my laptop) oh, and loadsa snacks

So, Im of to explore 1st tri (Im still lurking) 2nd tri (they are all lovely in there, and windbloom will be comin over now) Journals (Im a big fat stalker :flash: ) Just for fun (play the games,it helps get ur post count up) and I may even venture into new pastures :ship:

My goodness me - you ladies were busy yesterday - i loved reading all the posts. Marg - you really have kept everyone entertained.

Widbloom and Star-dust what fantastic pictures - I'm so glad it went well.

Babytots - how exciting feeling your baby move!!!

I had my scan yesterday morning and it was fantastic Such a huge relief!

We didn't have to wait long (just as well as I was desperate for the loo)! Saw baby waving arms and legs and his/her little heart going. DH couldn't stop smiling. Really couldn't be bothered to work after that but some how managed to get through the day.

My due date has been moved forward to 19 September which means i am 12 weeks today! (So sorry to be a pain Babytots but would you mind changing my due date to 19th Sept?)

I will try and get some pictures sorted out - but I have no scanner and our camera is on the blink - so it may take a few days.

We went to tell DH's parents last night as we wanted them to be the first to know but by MIL was out so we kept quite. We are going to go over this evening and try again. We don't want to tell anyone else first as they supported us through a lot recently and it only seems right that they know first. Its going to kill me keeping quiet for another whole day!

OMG!

I can't believe how much has gone on here for the week that I have been offline!!!

Congratulations on all the scans.. they all look BEAUTIFUL!!

So how has everyone been this week? - I've had a stupidly busy and not had much time to stop.. I even thought on Tues that it was sunday, so was a big disappointment. Oh and I also think I have finally got pregnancy brain - I can't seem to remember any of the kids names at school

My final thing is that for the second time I have to go out and buy new bras... This is getting a little ridiculas - I feel as if I am mean to be feedin the whole of Nottingham!

Anyway.. I am thinking of going to dip my toes into 2nd tri..
