Speaking of that.... how do you get free dental treatment, do you have to sign up for anything to get it?

La V I'm glad you have a local preggy buddy! I have 1 too. My son Ty's teacher is due 2 weeks before me at the end of August. So we talk via internet and when I drop Ty off for school.

Well I go for my appt in 2 hrs and I'm going to ask for another u/s just to see how the SCH is and then if I get one I'll ask if she could tell me the gender. I really want to know if I am having another boy. I want a girl this time! 4 boys is enough. Its time for some pink, plus she will be spoiled by everyone as she will be the baby and the only girl in the family on my dh's side!

I will get on here and update you on my appt when I get back! Have a good morning, night or whatever it would be by you!

hey every1....my scan yesterady was AMAZING baby was kicking all over the place and doing headstands also saw it suck its fingers...sooo CUTE so im totally on

baby was being naughty tho and kept hiding and didnt like getting jiggled haha have wrote a big waffle about it all in my journal if u wanna read more

Oh yeah baby is measuring 13 weeks not 12 but thats weird with my af so they arent sure if baby is jus big or i am 13weeks they reckon i am 13weeks but gonna see how baby grows so just sticking at 12weeks just now till next scan

The Christmas and New Year holidays were definitely a busy time lol!

Rachydaz - Cute pic! It's so nice to see the baby move during the ultrasound at this time. My friends and the doc said that later, it gets more boring as the baby doesn't have much room to move around and you cannot see the whole baby.

mom2pne - Hope you get a girl then this time! I also want to know the baby's gender, but I'm keeping the nursery room in a neutral color ... YELLOW! I think it's happy and bright for either a boy or a girl!

have you not got your exemption certificate through? i signed mine at my first mw appointment and she sent it away for me, got the cert through a couple weeks later. you just show it to the dentist.

my midwife never gave me anythig like that
thankfully she was only a temp cos she really seemed to miss some stff out, like ticking away stuff on my notes about my history without even asking me about stuff. grr

No, I didn't get that. She mentioned that I get free treatment but she didn't give me anything. I got a certificate for prescription exemption but not dental treatment. Hmmmmm.... I'll have to ask her on 16 April and hope I don't need to go before then!

you should have got it. i only had to sign mine and she dealt with it from there, but i think some places you take it home and fill it out and send it off urself.
