You guys are all ready buying baby things?! Gosh..I haven't bought a thing yet! I told myself after my doctors visit Monday when i got to hear the heartbeat again I would stop by Wal-mart and get a cute pair of socks...that was it HAHA! I am still just so nervous to get things...

aww lovely pram stardust i find mamas and papas the best prams/pushchairs by far they are really sturdy and last a long time. what a bargain too. i am so tempted to buy this bubba a new pram but i already have a lush one from my youngest so theres not much point. do need to buy a new double though. seen a nice one in mothercare that i might get if baby is a girl and if baby is a boy i have seen one in the babies are us catologue. was going to get the phil and teds but i cant really afford it and the money i save on getting a cheaper double can be spent on other pratical things i need.

la vanguardia thats a lovely cotbed i think they are fab! but i'm not too keen how it looks in cotbed mode i am soooo picky lol.

daisy i havent bought much either yet. i got a roo towel a few weeks ago and today i bought some newborn nappies but only to get my free changing bag from boots. i am waiting til my 20 week scan before i buy anything else as if its a girl theres really not much i need at the moment and if its a boy it gives me chance to save money to have a spurlge on boys stuff lol.

i wanted to start stocking up on nappies but then i didnt want to tempt fate just incase so waiting til i get past 24 weeks and at that "viable" stage to buy them.

want the 27th april to hurry up now as i sooooo want to know what the sex is and start getting excited. still feel like i cant bond with this baby i guess thats just me being wary because of my last 2 losses and just dont want to get attached like i did the last 2 times as it hurt so much when i lost them.

anyways enough babbling from me going to give charlotte her tea and then jump in the bath with her and fingers crossed get her sleep at a decent hour. x

babytots thanks, I really had my heart set on a silver cross then spotted this, its pretty much the same, jsut a different make and slightly different pattern! I got it on ebay but the women is just up the road from me, so going to pick it up on friday cant wait!
The only time I brought a new pram before it broke within a month, so vowed to stick to second hand from now on!

Has anyone else's ms moved to the evenings. I'm okay all day and then smack when the sun goes down.

The good news is I'm off from work for a week, so I can sleep and sleep.

this is my first pregnancy, but im def waiting til my twenty week scan before i buy anything, although i do have a second hand pram available from someone at work.

I'm with you! I feel a bit peeky in the morning - am then starving at lunch (could eat for 10) and then from around 5pm-ish - it hits me.

I have been sick every evening bar 1 night this week. I had to go to a black tie 4 course dinner with work Thursday night - Managed to fit into my old faithfull balck dress (just!) and had to pick round my food. My work does not know yet - so I had a few ununsual looks! I'm clinging on to the hope that MS start to ware off soon!

Babytots - so sorry to hear you have been suffering - I see from your ticker you are 14 weeks today!!!!

I'm also liking all the purchasing that has been going on - babytots - thanks for the reccomendation for mama & papa's - I'm going to start my search for a pram there. Think I wil stick to window shopping for now. But I know what I'm like - if I see a bargain I wil have to buy things!

thanks ladies i cant beleive i'm 14 weeks and offically in the 2nd trimester am in such a good mood today the sun is shining charlottes happy playing and i'm having a good day sickness wise so far

mae if you want any advise on prams dont hesitate to ask i am a pramoholic and have had about 8 prams since my eldest (whos 3 in june) was born. most of them have been second hand from ebay it took me a while to find one i was happy with and the one i have (first wheels city elite) is fab! i got it off ebay for 100 pound and it was pratically brand new the only thing that was wrong was the foam handle had come off so i made my own with some foam and black gaffer tape and looks as good as new! cant wait to have it in carrycot mode again with my lil baby in!

am so so tempted to get the double version but so far the ones on ebay i have seen have all been collection only miles and miles away from me just gonna keep my eye out and hope one pops up in my area (or even where dfs family live then they can pick it up for us lol.

anyways enough babble from me. going to say hi over in 2nd tri yipee! x

Well, Plymouth is beautiful. I had such a fantastic few days! Jus dont tell my boss, as I had to fone in sick to go
Dunno if I mentioned, but we we're goin to a navy passing out parade (oh's cousin) It was fantastic, we got an inside look at the trainin those guys go thru, I have the upmost respect for each and every 1 of them!!

Ok, preg stuff... I dont kno if its jus me, but I dont feel pg atm, I hope everythins ok. Im hopin its jus cuz Im well into 2nd tri and gettin sum normality back... either that, or Ive jus got so used to bein pg that it is normal to me now... does that make sense?
