I had my baby girl on September 16th via C-Section. She weighed 7 lbs 6 oz and is absolutley perfect

OMG its october! sorry to you ladies that are now officially late. i wish i had ideas as to how to get them moving without inductions. but i dont. even though my waters broke i was still "part induced" as not get contractions.

Had pain last night but it wasn't labour pain then up and down all night with heartburn. Ugh. Feeling a bit crap this morning but nothing to suggest baby is on her way.

I am still on the twinges that never get closer than 6 mins....they are like a strange medley of trapped wind, holding in a wee and period cramp so I still don't know whether I am still yet to get proper contractions...I am useless...

Well Miss Mia was up every 3 hours on the dot almost and I had to stop my OH using the black out blind otherwise she'll just sleep and sleep and sleep. I've tried to explain to him that she needs to learn the difference between day and night and the blackout blind doesn't help - he said its just cos he's tired and wants to sleep in!
I snapped at him 'you're bloody tired???!!!' - after getting (whilst he sleeps) for the 3rd time that night.

that would be a fair trade off, after we went through pregnanacy and giving birth they would have to do all of the night feeds for the first 6 months

IF you attatch baby to his nipple for 3hrs a day (i think it is), after 5days he WILL have milk and can feed!! the reason for this is ALL embryos start off as female and its to do with the chromosomes (sp) that make them male!


the best thing i bought for blake was a leather effect bean bag fr £15. as its not cloth he cant smother himself and he will settle on it much more than in his bouncy chair.

he is going from 10pm until 2-3am and then from this time until 6-7am. not ideal and he wont wait until 11pm for feed which means he only wakes at 3-4am.

I think all the August mamas were taken off because they had how early the baba was beside the name etc so I will be geekily plotting stats with a calendar to hand hehehe

Even if all my twinges now are practice then I guess that means induction tonight will be a good show coz I am rehearsing fine here....3rd 5 minute interval timed....tensing as I type.....ooooooooh the excitement!!!!

Hi girls!! So need some advice...Joe has colic so we've been using infacol but now hasn't pooed since Tuesday night!! Anyone know if this is normal?? He has gone for a day before without doing one and the MW didn't seem concerned when I mentioned it to her then, but wondered if it could connected to starting using infacol and if anyone has any idea's to help?? He doesn't seem in pain or anything - just me worrying!!!
