septembryos baby area (09 babies)

Amy hope blake is feeling better...:hugs:

FG - mason is the same sometimes he plays funny buggers and just likes to use me as a dummy and to get snuggles i think...cheeky thing lol...thats great about finns wait...mason lost 7oz but put 9 back on in 4days lol

Had my baby girl September 24th at 5:28 PM after over 30 hours of labor. Ended up having a C Section. She was 9 pounds 15 ounces and 22 inches long. She's not a chunk though-she's perfect!! Still recovering and catching up on sleep, but all is wonderful :D Sooo happy!!

Morning or night to all!!

FG - welcome! And thepiccy of bubby is gorgeous!!

Amy- hope Blake is ok and not sick.

Vicks- glad your LO had his poo!

Well had three wk checkup yesterday and Chayce has gone from 7pd 12oz at birth to 9pd 8oz. He's grown 3cm in length and his head is bigger by 2cm, which I said he takes after daddy....hehe.
Midwife reckons he's getting too much boobie juice but I haven't changed the way he feeds. Like OH said, they complain when they don't put on enough, now its too much. Oh said don't stress about it as long as he's healthy who cares.Still worried though.

im so envious of all the ladies with their new beautiful babies--i was due on the 26th and this baby is so happy and healthy we can't seem to convince it to come out. i had a failed induction last wednesday even and nothing :(

newleywedttc congrats. x

sodding poof, i was due on the 28th and nothing from me either! my little boy is so comfy he wont even engage! (he is my first) i wont get any intervention until monday! then its only a sweep! wont know till then what my body is doing and when i'll be induced. good luck fo rthe next week x

congrats to those that seem to be going in the right direction and hugs to those that dont.

keep your chins up, babies cant be left much longer. x

babies will only take what they want/need so dont worry about it. you will probably find he has been on a growth spurt and that things will slow down.

no idea whats up with blake - he still doest seem ill as in need see gp but he's grumpy and clingy, (he has been fine to be on his own from birth whilst i do bottles/washing/go loo etc but he crys (well squeaks) when i get up). hes same as posted yesterday. OH things he could be teething due to choming on dummy, but if i say this to HV she not going to believe me as he only 5weeks old.

:wohoo: :wohoo: :wohoo:

Just had a text from MissWren.. and she had her little girl Baby Paloma at 11:12am weighing 9lb8.5oz!!

Congratulations!!! A true Bumpkin, but Septembryo at heart!!

:wohoo: :wohoo: :wohoo:

congrats misswren...knew you'd beat me to it lol

i had a sweep this morning and have been booked in to be induced on tue...we shall see what happens over the weekend....goin out tonight for a drink at work to say fairwell to my boss who decided to leave 2 weeks into my mat leave....gutted but hey ho

Morning ladies! Hope we all got some sleep last night!!

Amy - it is possible that he could be teething.... I knew a baby born with one tooth and had all of them by the time she was 3 months!! (I wouldn't want to be that mum BFing!!)

Isaac seems to not know what he wants at times... he shakes his head at boobie.. but then screams because he wants it!! :dohh: when he finally settles down to it he guzzles it like he hasn't been feed for days!! But he is nicely settling into a 3-4 hourly routine!!

Congrats Misswren, you picked a great name and a fab day to have her too!

Millygirl, you can't win with them can you... it's either you're giving them too much or too little! When they're still tiny I can't see the problem with "too much", surely that's the better option :)

Amy, hope Blake's feeling better :hugs:

We had Finn up til 2.30am this morning, he just wouldn't settle. Eventually he fell asleep in our bed so I just had to leave him there or he would've woken again. Little monkey! He's been so good at sleeping until now. No idea what was eating him, must've had a tummy ache or something.

Has Gers had her baby yet..? Not seen sight nor sound of her for a while...... anyone know where she is...?

Thats really good Kathryn. Noah is still feeding pretty much every two hours. The other day he was on the boob every hour and a half. Today we are nearly achieving a feed every three hours... it would be nice if this were the start of a 3 hour routine.

Oh FG hope Finn settles for you tonight. Noah has been a bit grouchy, started yesterday evening, and has kind of continued through out today. I think it might be his belly too. I'm hoping its not the start of colic!

Gers has had her baby. there was a post on the main wall or on the sept embryo over due thread. cant remeber which! sorry some days cant remember my own name!

havign a tough day today. feeling really low and on my own as hubby in work all day. he's called a few times but on the last call he told me how he might have to stay later than thought. i am trying to keep myself occupied but its difficult as i cant concentrate for long. really want this baby out. hate feeling so low. cant keep the tears out of my eyes for more than 5 minutes. i really hope i get good news when i have internal on monday!

sorry for the mini moan.. x

Joe goes through phases of sleeping really well for 3 hours then waking for a feed and then being awake for what feels like weeks lol, but in fact is probably about 4 hours!! I'm not sure how long they are allowed to be in his rocker, but he loves falling asleep in that rather than his crib which means we have to transfer him after about an hour which usually wakes him up :dohh:

But he has been going 4 hours at night which means if we time it right, only 1 feed in the night (if we feed him at 11pm, he'll usually go til 3-4am and then again til 7-8am). Fingers crossed that that continues and he doesn't stay up at night, but he is really windy and so we end up trying to get that out for about half an hour after each feed.

YEY. Congratulations Misswren. xx

Gives the rest of us a bit of hope.

Lhamil and firstalien one of us must be next. FX'd.

Congrats Misswren, on the safe arrival of Paloma, great name! You were right on her size you said she would be a big one. Hope all went well x x
