septembryos baby area (09 babies)

aww Aided that is amazing news - fantastic. Love when its good news.. tell her we all asking for her!

Thanks for the update hun

aw Ive had a lovely day today

Met the lovely Rach and Gers for lunch - all 3 buggies taking over the place lol! Lily loved meeting Mason and Emily. Hope to do it again soon.. Lily was tiny in comparison to them both. I could have stayed there all day chatting with the girls and oohing and ahhing at the gorgeous babies!

CSA called to say they are good to go with my "sperm donor" as it were - woo hoo. Rach and Gers must have been my lucky charms

And I finally plucked up the courage to publish my being dumped/dating blog!

yes we have a bhs, will av to look in there.

blake went 8hrs last night!!! (sadly it was 9pm-5am! so still awake at silly o'clock.) hope everyone is ok.

Sam - that sounds so nice.... a wee sept-embryo meet up....... wish i lived in Edinburgh too!!!!!!!!!!

Say hi to Gers for me, i've not chatted to her in an age!

Morning everyone. Any one doing any thing nice today?

Hi everyone!! Wow Amy, I'm sooooo jealous of 8 hours! Joe is awake so much at the moment, especially at night which is tough going :( Hopefully he'll start to get into a little routine soon so we can plan a bit more. He woke just as we were sitting down for dinner last night lol!!!

Ah, wish I was in Edinburgh too!! Hope you guys had a great time xx

Not doing anything special today. Probably go out for a little walk with Joe in his pram later if the weather is ok and then chilling out. The little man is catching up on his sleep at the moment so having some relaxing time myself lol!!

What about you Diz?? How's Noah?? x

aw Vicks Lily is the same - I dont know what has happened to her. She was going 8pm until 6am and now up every few hours. Its a killer!!! Im blaming it on a growth spurt.

Aw wished loads more people were in Edinburgh too..... it was a great afternoon.

Amy - I got my swimming cossie in Tesco last month, its a really supportive one too with a tummy panel as well - always good for the tum! Have a look in there and see if they still have them

Sam - that sounds so nice.... a wee sept-embryo meet up....... wish i lived in Edinburgh too!!!!!!!!!!

Say hi to Gers for me, i've not chatted to her in an age!

Morning everyone. Any one doing any thing nice today?

Hey Diz

Hows wee Noah doing? although I suspect not so small anymore!

Morning ladies!

Thanks for all the hugs for Finn's colicky belly :hugs: I'm persisting with Infacol at the moment and today (so far) he's been much better. He's actually sleeping right now whereas on previous days he's been kicking off. Sooooooo hoping this continues!! If not I'll search for the post from Tsia. Poor OH is struggling at the moment cos he goes to work at a job that stresses him out and then comes home to a screaming baby...... would be so great if Finn behaves himself tonight and gives everyone, including his tiny self, a rest!

Diz, sorry you're having trouble putting Noah to sleep in his carry cot :hugs:

Finn does the multiple sneezes thing too. He also throws his little arms up in the air every time he sneezes, it's too cute :) Although I don't know why I say "little" arms as he's already grown out of his newborn clothes!

I need to try him in a sleeping bag tonight I think, we haven't tried them yet. He HATES being swaddled so I've just been putting him lightly wrapped below the arms in a light blanket with other covers on top but he always ends up with the covers half way down his chest at least so the sleeping bag should help.

Sam, that must've been really cool, meeting up with Rach and Gers :)

I'm not up to much today myself... might go and register Finn at the GP later, possibly even go to the bank to deposit a cheque... rock n roll! ;)

hello everyone. well Finley is 6 days old today and had our second visit from midwife. he has already passed his birthweight! his cord came off when she was here aswell so she cleaned it up with an alcohol wipe for me. i am so glad its off it looked sore and i always worried about knocking it. silly i know but i worried al the same!
trying on my pre - preg jeans today and i am close to being able to wear them again. just alittle belly to go but losing weight well with breastfeeding and still chomping on food as if i was pregnant!
his 4th night at home and he slept like an angel. put him down at 9:30 and he started to stir at 1:30 so we did a change to wake him up for a feed. then he slept through till 5:30 and after a feed was asleep till 10:00. feel like a bit of a fraud as he is doing so well! i do wander how long he would leep if i hadn't of woken him up at 1:30. but then dont want him to wake himself up screaming! he doesn't feed as well when he works himself up.

hope you are all having a good day. we are registering finley 2mrw so looking forward to him being official!

x

Glad that a Finn's belly is getting better FG!! :hugs:

Diz - It is amazing how quickly they grow up!! Although I am always amazed how tiny his bottom is when I take his nappy off!!

So this morning has been slighty better - Isaac is asleep now... and was alseep for 1/2 hour earlier so I managed to get the kitchen tidy and the washing sorted :yipee: - it's very sad the things that are making me happy atm!! Although I think I need to find some friends for the end of the week, as I haven't really been out of the house since tues  Walks don't count!! I need to persuade some friends to take time off work and join me in coffee at the Thornton's cafe :cake: yum yum yum!!

I wish we could teleport to all meet up!!

My little lady is on a snacky fussy one today....I could be overindulging on the demand feeding...I dunno...

I can't believe she is only 2 weeks tomorrow! I had to ditch the newborn clobber at the weekend, think she is 55/56cm, dunno where the length is from, I'm not tall and neither is the eejit dna donor who thinks I should meet someone and put him on the cert....I only have 4 weeks to register now so I guess my only option is do it solo then get the legal ball rolling!! gah.

Hi Vicks.... Noah and i have just got back from baby clinic and he now weighs 9lbs.5oz! he's put on a whole lbs from last week!!!! I really need to get out more. Walking the dogs doesn't count. I popped into work yesterday to show off the boy child and it made me realise how much i miss work. Not that i'd go back now, but a bit of company would be nice!!!

Hi Sam - Noah is growing by the day. I've given up on newborn cloths and he's now in his 0-3 month stuff. I'm hoping it wont be too much longer before he can go a longer in the night with out a feed. 5 hours solid sleep would be amazing!!!!!

FG - he's been a bit better today :happydance: He's in his carry cot now and almost a sleep (yher-alright!!!). Hey.... the bank and registry office does sound rock and roll compared to what i get up too!!!

Kathryn - i know what you mean regarding a bit of company..... I wonder if there is such a thing as buyafriend.com that way i could go on line and pay some one to come over, keep me company, and be nice to me!! :haha: how sad!!!!!

Amy - any joy on the cozzie front..? and 8 hours sleep from Blake - thats great suff!

First alien - Wow, Finley sounds tho he's doing great!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations you've obviously got the magic touch!!!!:dust:

Hi M.wren...Noah did the snacky fussy thing at two weeks... at his next weigh-in he had put on just over 1 lbs...

OMG is that every one done and dusted............??????????? :happydance:

I wish we had teleporting abilities.... or buy-a-friend.com  You could choose different people every day!! Wonderful!!

MissWren - Isaac also went on a snacking feast around that age and put on a ton!! He is doing the same now.... so he's going to be really chunky when MW comes on monday!!

On a good note - he is still asleep, and has been since 12pm (was awake all morning - so should still sleep tonight!!) which means that I have been able to sit here and get all caught up online!! (and get the washing done, kitchen clean and lunch!!)

It's a shame that we all live so far away - other than the Edinburough lot!!, otherwise we could have a Septembryo's meet up!

Ahhhh I wonder if she is body building on the sly....

I got a letter off my GP surgery today with an appointment for my postnatal check and an explanation they don't do drop in malarky anymore, just scheduled appointments for jabs so I have a nearer drop in place, I might take her next week for a weigh :D

She's possibly gonna hit the 10lb mark though if she puts much on hehe, hollow legged beastie that she is!

Up til last night she was doing the placid night thang, I hope it was a one off hehe, I likes it when she snacks then snuggles, not snack/doze/look at me beseechingly for more within minutes of de-latching lark she tried last night.

She is gurgling at the baby mobile mat thing at the minute, hopefully she will drift off on the school run...I barely had time to tend my facebook crops today ;)

ahh look at the tickers, my baba is soooo young!!!! its weird, I can remember us all bombarding the thread wondering where Diz had vanished, and texting Kathryn in hospital.....tis madness how its like the babies have ALWAYS been here!!!

I just *love* the snacking/delatching/then screaming as I can't get food despite the fact it's me who's delatched nights!! Especially when I'm feeding off the poorly nipple  as it hurts when he doesn't latch on properly - which he doesn't whilst screaming!!!

Is Paloma good on the school run??

It is scary to think how much time has passed!! It doesn't seem like 5 mins ago when I was busily texting as it was taking FOREVER!!
