septembryos baby area (09 babies)

Bad news! I have another Angel in Heaven! I called my OB to ask about my BW and she told me that my HCG was only 3.6. I cried in the van for a long time. Then I did some grocery shopping. Got home about 10 minutes ago and I have started bleeding. My dh tells me "It just wasn't meant to be". Why do men think they are being compassionate by saying things like that? It doesn't help!

:hugs: I am so sorry mom2pne. Sometimes, OH's dont have the tact, yknow?
I had 2 mc before Alex and I just wanted him to say the right words, they never came.

Massive hugs :hugs: xxxxx

sorry to hear that. hope your ok (well as ok as you can be).

not much happening here, i thought blake had finally grown into clothes for his age (12-18month) as 1 pair of his "9-12" dungarees were 3/4 length and tight........BUT it turns out they were a pair of 6-12months!!! LOL! never mind, he will get there.

we have also learnt the fabulous word of "NO". tell him to eat dinner, NO, ask if he wants juice, NO, ask him to help pick toys up, NO, tell him we're going out, NO. and if he cant do something or hes not happy we get a full blown paddy with arms n legs, throws himself to floor and keeps shouting no. (i'm glad my neighbours are good friends or else they would probably report me).

anyone else getting full paddys yet???

sorry to hear that mom2pne

oh yes we are! Chloe lernt the word a few months ago now and she is awful with it! lol but the worst word she has lernt so far is ow. everytime she doesnt get her own way and gets told off she will start screaming ow ow ow and it can happen ANYWHERE! i get the dirtyist looks! thanks Chloe! lol

I dont blame ya hun its hiding!

Hope u r all well. Alex is picking up a lot of quirks just now, bless her. Her lil personality grows! She had a neonatal appointment today which always makes us feel crap cause they pull out the negatives i try not to dwell on day to day now. But shes been taking a few steps and i noticed she attempted by herself today. I dont know if she'll master it soon but it looks real hopeful!

yay go Alex! wont be long then!
and not long for u either 1 week 1 day, u must be getting excited! lol woohoo! xxx

Hey ladies :)
Congrats on your BFP leelee :) hows second tri treating you? And how is chloe getting on?

Well Kaitlyn is 19 months old, she never shuts up, and will hold a conversation with you :) She runs around like a crazy lady, which is good really as its making things look easier on the double buggy front!! Did any of you try a carrier? Alice gave me a Mei Tai (i think) link and i looked at them, there soooooo pretty!! It just depends on whether i feel safe enough fastening it all together!!
How are all your babas and bumps doing?
Hope your all well
xxx

sb22- 1 week to go, thats fantastic!!! and yay for alex taking steps!!!!

hey siyren!!!! it is well hidden! hows u?

danielle-bless kaitlyn she sounds like a cutie! I had a mei tai connecta for Izzy, fantastic and used it until recently, they are fantastic and u dont have to worry about tying as connect by buckles instead.
x

its all madness, its all coming together, we are so, so over the moon. although last night she fell and had her first nose bleed, jeeeeezoooo so this is what to expect then?

i havent tried a mei tai girls but i like the buckle idea. i have got a moby wrap for this beanie but its really just a big bloody bit of fabric?!?! freaking me out, i feel like i need more security than that?

(away to look at mei tais)

ahhh bless alex- its so scary when they start walkin- izzy has had so many bumps and grazes! is she ok after her nose bleed? hope it doesn put her off x

hi,

i dont think any falls and bumbs get easier for mums. hope all are well, hugs to all.

good news on alex trying to walk, she wont be long b4 shes off. and glad you've made it to the end of 2nd pregancy.

hi girlies!

have hijacked OHs laptop tpo quickly pop on.

i have a quick question, some of you may know through my fb that tegs still isn't walking yet, she's just turned 18 months and is no longer trying to stand alone let alone walking.

she had got as far as doing 10 steps one day a few weeks back, but now, nothing.

so basically, is there anyone else's bubba who isn't walking, or is tegs gonna be the last of the lot???

we went to the docs on wednesday and got a referral letter through today for the paediatrician, but there are no available appointments through the choose and book system at the moment! (brilliant, will have to try again later or on monday me thinks!)

but anyhoo, hi everyone! it's been a while.....

Rees

Hey,

It sounds like she can walk and stand she just wont! Izzy took a few steps, then refused to stand or walk for a couple of months, i mean literally refused whenever we tried to stand her up she used to scream and lift her legs up, she lost all her confidence in walking- could this be what tegs is doing? Izzy started walking then at almost 17 months, but it was def two months after her first steps to getting the confidence for proper walking, and then she was/is like a pro, maybe thats what tegs will do? maybe she has made herself worried about walking? she sounds like its nothing medical but more confidence x

I agree with Scally, I said it before but I bet you anything (okay maybe i wont bet with you ) she'll be walking before this paed appointment. :hugs: Certainly sounds like a confidence thing and it's not a case that shes unable or anything!!! xxxxx

Ahh i am no help with that one, as Kaits did the crawling thing for about 10 days then suddenly just started walking about 6 weeks before her first birthday, she not sat still since, all tho she has recently realised she can crab like crawl which she finds rather amusing!!
All i can say is that all children are different, some will advance in one way and others willa dvance at diff things. None are the same yet all so perfect! :) I wouldnt be too worried as I'm sure as soon as she decides she wants to do it, she just will :)

Thanks Ally i didnt know they had buckles!! I just didnt want one big piece of fabric and then try and get it too hold my baby against me! Id be shitting myself! I drive everywhere, so its just really for running into the village shops, or something along those lines! do you put it under your coat? or over? xx

rees - if you cant get an app on the choose ring hospital, i have had to do this few times with middle son and eye clinic. i hope it is a confidence thing ad nothig more. as the others have said all babies r different.

sb22 - never had a baby sling but the ppl i've see with them have them over their coats, but i guess it would be your choice, whats most comfortable etc.

we we're at a 70th birthtday last night, a little girl hit my middle son so blake got a long balloon and went and hit her on head with it. was really funny. he then went round hitting everyone (adults as wel

Danielle i think it depends, some people use maternity jackets with them if the weathers gash?
