sharp pain during sleep

I can't remember how you are supposed to sleep. I thought it didn't matter this early on. I'm fine on my sides, but I am restless sleeper so I tend to change positions frequently. I do like sleeping on my back, but when I do that and then go to roll to my side I get a quick, sharp stabbing pain in my lower back. It usually only happens when I start off on my back. If I start sleeping on my side it doesn't happen. I'm assuming it's nothing to worry about and I need to sleep on my side?

You're only 5 weeks. Sleep however you want and feel comfortable.
