sharp pains

ive been getting sharp pains in my lady area, bit like a stabbing pain, anyone have any idea what this is? Ive tried googling it but asalways its contradicting info. Also my pubic bone feels really achey asif ive been kicked their lol, is this normal, its really quite painfull? xxx

It could just be baby getting lower down hun

I had this the other night, it was exactly like you describe, a sharp piercing like pain in the groin area. It wasnt extremely painful, just a sensation I hadnt had yet. It came and went for about an hour. Havent had it since, was wondering if it was a BH, though I didnt feel any stomach tightening, nor any other seemingly abnormal pains/symptoms so I havent been overly worried by it, maybe just more stretching and movement preparing for delivery.

yep ive had the same hun and i get it more when i suddelny stand up or move quickly i think they are just really low bh and probs baby is getting lower xx

As the other's have said, it's the baby moving down and engaging. I asked mw a few weeks ago and she said it's quite normal. Bloody ouchy sometimes though!
