Sharp, stabbing abdominal pains anyone?

I can't tell if this is baby related or food related..I've been up for 3 hours now with this pain just under my bump.
It COULD be round ligament pain but I don't know enough about it to be sure. And I can't be positive if it's food related because it's too low to be indigestion. Anyone have ideas?

Sorry no idea's but I would call the midwife just to be on the safe side

I had it at 10 weeks and 19 , always lower left side, exact same spot and a sharp stabbing every few minutes, scan at 10 week's when it first happened was fine so I dont worry about it now as sounds like round ligament pain x
Could be worth phoning midwife for peace of mind though

Thanks girls. My OB office wasn't open yet and I'd have to wait for the on call doc to call me back, which wouldn't work seeing as I'm at work and can't answer my phone.
It took a while but the pain finally subsided. I'm chalking it up to baby related since I haven't had to use the bathroom and it didn't *really* feel like belly aches...
