Ohhh, I take this solemn pledge. Someone even told me to adopt and then we would get pregnant because the pressure would be gone. I would love to adopt as well, but I am not going to use it as a means to an end. That and the people who tell you to just pray, as if I praying harder will make it happen. Love you ladies!

Although I must admit, we've not openly spoken with family or friends about ttc. I suspect that some may have suspicions, but as we've not told anyone, we don't get their unwanted and useless advice.

I too noticed that a lot of ladies on this thread have got BFPs. Congratulations! It has really given me a boost, because today it feels like it's never going to happen.

Thanks dreamqueen. I have a large dermoid cyst on my ovary and am waiting to hear back about tests on that so TTC has been a bit sidelined at the moment. It's good to see so many ladies get there eventually though.

And I forgot to say in my last post, I absolutely make this pledge too!

I'll pledge as well! Coming from someone who got pg naturally right before starting ICSI, despite being slightly less stressed out I still maintain that that was not why it happened. I hate it when people try to tell me it is!

Good luck girls. I am one of those who got their BFP. We ttc'd for 18 months (since Aug 09), 4 m/cs and finally got a sticky bean, this was the one that was meant to be I think! Only 8wks and 3days to go!!! My advice is to never give up on something you can't go a day without thinking about

I was the MOST stressed when I got my, now angel !

I had started to get obsessed with temping etc, etc and had my final exams at uni so it deinitley wasn't due to relaxing lol

And my mum and dad were up for the weekend ...

I hate when people tell me to relax because i can't it is all you think about most of all when you have to stick a needle in your self so your dream will come true. Unless they know how hard it is then they don't really have the right. Good luck to everyone sending all hugs xx
